put a piece of paper with your original invoice and RA number inside of the return package (or a payment check if you want return for upgrade).

You need to know the following:
- You have up to 14 days from the package receipt date to initiate your return or Exchange.
- All costs related to return shipping must be prepaid by the customer. we do recommend you to use FedEx or UPS with full insurance coverage and tracking number to avoid loss or damages.
- Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process your return or exchange after we have received your items. When we receive your package, we will inspect the packages and make sure they are in original condition without damages and scratches.
- Items returned without original packaging, missing parts will subject up to 50% restocking fee.
- To qualify for a refund, ALL items must be returned in their original condition. Do not mark or deface the merchandise in any manner. If so occurred, we will not accept returns
- Globes Return Restocking Fees (Applies if the return is not a result of our errors or product defects):
paperweight, 80 mm 0%;
110mm and 150mm globes 10%
220mm and 330mm globes 15%

*Wrong or missing spellings, country shapes, locations, city name and locations not exact same as printed maps - globe is hand made, with the price we make it affordable to be purchased for every American Family, we are unable to deliver 100% accuracy due to human labor error happens, if you do not agree, please do not purchase.
*Colors does not look like from the website photos - not just each production lot stone color varies, color shown from different light source can differ in color results.
*Missing twin lion logo as shown from website photo, globe looks much smaller - logo is water mark, however many of them has our logo on the south pole area. globe sizes are clearly marked, if appears too small, it is really not our fault.
*Spin too loose or too tight: just like furniture, globes are assembled with screws and nuts, they do require little maintenance if needed
